Browning has been a leading name in firearms manufacturing since 1897, so it's no wonder the Maxus has gained a reputation as the softest shooting semi-automatic ever. While no recoil reduction system on a shotgun can, of course, escape the laws of physics, the Maxus is certain to change your mind about recoil control. The Maxus combines Browning's Power Drive Gas System, Inflex technology and Back-Bored Vector Pro technology to reduce by 18% the total recoil force the shooter experiences compared with any other semi-automatic shotgun on the market.
David Stapley, UK Country Manager of Browning International, said: "Browning are delighted to be partnering with the National Gamekeepers' Organisation again this year. I am sure its members will be interested that the prize draw gun is our best selling semi-auto, the Maxus Composite, that comes complete with 3.5" chamber for total versatility, and speed loading port for ease and speed. You really don't need any more than a Maxus! Good luck."
Lindsay Waddell, the Chairman of the National Gamekeepers' Organisation, said: "I'd like to thank Browning, which is also the National Gamekeepers' Organisation Deer Branch Rifle Partner, for its generous sposnorship of the 2014 Prize Draw. The Maxus is a fantastic shotgun to win and I'm sure it will be of tremendous use to the lucky winner on their shoot, especially as it's hard hitting but soft shooting. I urge you to buy a ticket in this important NGO fundraiser."
