Today was the Cumbria and Lancashire Team Clay shoot at Crabtree Shooting Ground in Lancashire, with 32 entries.
A big thanks to all 32 teams that attended the annual Cumbria and Lancashire Team Clay shoot held at Crabtree Clay Ground. The day was a big success with good weather and some fantastic stands.
Cumbria Chairman Stephen Bragg and Lancashire Chairman Donald Crutchfield organised this annual clay shoot for teams of four, this is a joint region event which is growing year on year and both Stephen and Donald would like to extend their thanks to everyone who helped and attended the shoot. A special thanks to all of the shoot sponsors who supported this event by providing prizes and cups. There was a high level of competitors at todays clay shoot with many travelling long distances to compete, there were some exceptional scores posted. It was also great to have several young shots compete in the open, including a team put in by BASC NW Young Shots.
Teams had 6 sporting stands to take on as well as two 100 bird flushes, the results of the day were as follows:
