Our response to news that Wild Justice is threatening to take legal action against Defra for failing to assess the impact of releasing non-native game birds.
“We will be working with other game conservation and shooting organisations on this issue, much as we did to resolve the challenge over General Licences. We will keep a close eye on how this plays out over the next few days and weeks and, as ever, will keep our members informed of any significant developments and our response.”
