The NGO has a new Key Sponsor, Bright Seeds. The award-winning suppliers of game cover and conservation crops are contributing handsomely towards the NGO members' magazine, Keeping the Balance, this year. And if the shooting community gets behind the initiative, Bright's support for the NGO will be worth even more.

Bright Seeds will give the NGO a very generous 1 for every kilogram of Utopia seed they sell, and a further 50p per kilo on all sales of their new Lightening Mustard.

Chris Bright said, "Utopia is an outstanding plant, a cross between black mustard and a wild Ethiopian kale. It is very fast growing, with large kale-like leaves, best drilled from late June -August on its own or in a mix. Lightening Mustard has continually come top in our trials against other mustards. Thicker stems and large, waxy leaves make it more frost hardy. Both are excellent summer-sown 'rescue' crops and the more you buy, the more Bright Seeds will give the NGO!"

Lindsay Waddell, NGO Chairman welcomed the arrangement. "Bright Seeds is a respected company and I am delighted they are showing their support for the NGO in this way. I hope our members and friends will bear the arrangement in mind when making choices about cover crops."

Bright Seeds is family-run, based in Wiltshire, with prompt delivery and game cover advice available nationwide. Contact them on 01722 744494 or via their website, www.brightseeds.co.uk to learn more.
